Return and Refund Policy
- No Returns: Once a product is sold, it cannot be returned.
- Exchange Conditions: Customers may exchange an item for another product if:
a) The item is in unused and original condition (including packaging).
b) Our team has inspected and approved the exchange of the item.
- Price Adjustment: If the exchanged item has a higher price, the customer must pay the difference. No refunds will be given for exchanges of lower-value items.
- Time Frame: Exchanges must be requested within the same day of delivery.
- Non-Exchangeable Items: Certain items (e.g., customized cabinets and windows) may not be eligible for exchange.
Warranty Policy
- Warranty Period: A one-year warranty is provided on all kitchen accessories, excluding electrical accessories.
- Coverage: The warranty applies only to manufacturer defects and covers repairs or replacements as per the manufacturer’s terms.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:
a) Electrical accessories (ENCANTO Electric Lifting Base Cabinet, ENCANTO FANTASY CABIN, LED Lights, etc.).
b) Damage due to misuse, improper installation, wear and tear, or accidental damage.
Claim Process:
- Customers must provide proof of purchase and the original packaging of the product.
- Warranty claims must be initiated within noticing the defect
- The product will be assessed, and if found defective, it will be repaired or replaced as per the warranty terms.
- The warranty does not cover labor or transportation costs unless specified by the manufacturer.
Service Center:
- Warranty claims must be processed through an authorized service center or the retailer from whom the product was purchased.
- Customers will be provided with service center details upon request.
